11/01/2009 duggy Minor maintenance to setlist (updates, segues, typos, etc.)

Updates were made based on other source (I don't have this one). Not sure about whether the Open Improv is at the end of the Third Stone track, nor if the Bass Solo is at the end of the Dracula track, but these moments are there and so I'm adding them to the setlist (they could occur at the start of the following track). Also uncertain about the tracking for the first two tracks of disc 1 -- there is no Improv (track 1 was labeled as such) to start the show; another source actually has the house P.A. recording of Partido Alto that immediately preceded the band jumping into We Are Rolling, so I'm not sure if track 1 on this source could be that P.A. recording or if it is actually that We Are Rolling is broken over two tracks.
