    11/01/2009 duggy Minor maintenance to setlist (updates, segues, typos, etc.)

    Updates were made based on other source (I don't have this one). Not sure about whether the Open Improv is at the end of the Third Stone track, nor if the Bass Solo is at the end of the Dracula track, but these moments are there and so I'm adding them to the setlist (they could occur at the start of the following track).
